Privacy

This describes exactly what Sellvue stores, where it lives, how long it stays and how it is deleted. Every statement here matches something in the code.

What we store about you

• Your Fanvue account identifier, handle and display name.
• Your email address, for the emails about your account.
• The character you configure: the name, age, city and details you enter; your tone; your limits; your prices.
• Your credit balance and the movements behind it.
• An access token for your Fanvue account, so the app can read and reply. You can revoke it from Fanvue at any time.

What we store about your fans

This is the part that matters most, because your fans never agreed to anything with us.

• Their Fanvue identifier, display name, and the messages exchanged in your chats.
• What they purchased from you and when.
• A short working summary the system keeps so it does not repeat itself.

We do not have their email, their payment details or their real identity. Fanvue never gives us any of that. We do not sell, share or rent any of it, and we never use one creator's data for another's account.

Where it lives

Each creator has her own separate database. That is not a convention, it is how the system is built, and it is what makes it impossible for one creator's conversations to appear in another's. Everything runs on a single server we control in Europe. There is no third-party analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracker on any of these pages.

Who else sees it

• Fanvue, because the conversations are theirs and happen on their platform.
• The AI provider that generates each reply (OpenRouter, routing to Google Gemini). It receives the conversation and your character in order to write the answer. It is not used to train models.
• Resend, which delivers the emails we send you. It sees your email address, not your conversations.

Nobody else. We do not have an advertising business and never will.

How long

• Conversations and fan records: while your account is connected.
• Raw notification logs: 30 days.
• When you disconnect, everything is deleted within 48 hours. Not archived. Deleted, including the database file.

The 48 hours exist so that one accidental click does not destroy your setup. Open the app again before then and it is all still there.

Your rights

You can see everything the system holds about you from inside the app, change it there, and delete all of it from Settings. If you want a copy or a deletion confirmed in writing, email support@sellvue.ai and you get it within 30 days.

A fan who wants out

If one of your fans asks you to delete what we hold about them, email us with their Fanvue handle and we remove their record from your database. It does not affect the rest of your account.

Security

Traffic is encrypted end to end. Access tokens are stored on the server only and never leave it. Sessions inside the app last 8 hours. Nobody outside the operator has access to the machine.

Changes

If this changes materially you get an email before it applies.
