Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Sellvue, an application for Fanvue creators operated by Sellvue. By connecting Sellvue to your Fanvue account you agree to them.

1. What Sellvue does

Sellvue reads your Fanvue chats and replies in them on your behalf, using a character and rules that you configure. It can offer and sell content you have priced. It acts only inside Fanvue, using the permissions you grant when you connect.

2. You are responsible for what goes out

Messages Sellvue sends are sent from your account and are yours. You decide the character, the limits and the prices, and you can read every conversation and pause any of them at any time. You are responsible for complying with Fanvue's own terms and with the law where you operate.

3. Credits and charges

• One credit is consumed per US$1 of content that Sellvue sold, rounded to the nearest dollar.
• Sales you make yourself are never charged. When a sale cannot be attributed to Sellvue with certainty, it is not charged.
• Credits are bought through Fanvue Payments. They do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.
• Credits are consumed as sales happen. Unused credits can be refunded at our discretion; credits already consumed against completed sales cannot.
• If a fan refunds or charges back a sale Sellvue closed, the credits for that sale are returned to you.
• At zero credits Sellvue stops replying. It does not go negative and does not send anything half-finished.

4. What Sellvue will not do

These are enforced in the product, not promised in a policy:

• It does not sell below the floor price you set, and cannot invent a discount.
• It does not move a conversation off Fanvue, and does not ask for payment anywhere else.
• It stops the conversation and emails you if a fan indicates they may be a minor or appears to be at real risk of harm.
• It does not contact fans who are not yours, and does not use your content or your conversations for any account other than yours.

5. What you must not do

• Use Sellvue on an account that is not yours, or that belongs to someone under 18.
• Configure a character who is, or is presented as, under 18.
• Use it to deceive a fan about a real-world transaction, or to solicit contact outside Fanvue.

Any of these ends the service immediately.

6. Availability

Sellvue depends on Fanvue's API. When Fanvue is unavailable or stops delivering notifications, replies are delayed or paused. We do not promise a specific uptime and we do not charge for sales that did not happen.

7. Ending it

You can disconnect at any time from Settings. Everything Sellvue stored is deleted within 48 hours; your Fanvue account and your content are untouched. We may end the service for the reasons in section 5, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.

8. Liability

Sellvue is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, indirect damage, or anything arising from a fan's conduct.

9. Changes

If these terms change materially, you get an email before the change applies, at the address on your account. Continuing to use Sellvue after that is acceptance.
